Conditions available for returns and refunds

You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund (excluding return shipping fees). To qualify for a return, lamps or related items must be in their original packaging, in like-new condition (except in certain circumstances as described below), and unused. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to return refunds; see the Restocking Fee section below for more information.

Order Changes

You have 48 hours to customize your order! Feel free to tweak details like colors, sizes, shipping addresses, or phone numbers within 48 hours of placing your order. Once your order is en route, changes cannot be made. Thank you for your understanding.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order for free within 48 hours. However, if your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. If you still wish to cancel, a fee of 30%-50% of the order amount will be deducted from your refund to cover storage, preparation, and shipping costs.

Returns

If you wish to return an article purchased on our website, you have 14 days, from the date the order was received, to proceed with the return process. Return shipping costs shall be borne by you. This amount will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).

Please note that the article should be in its original condition to be returned: unused, in their original packaging and with complete accessories.

You have 7 days, from the date of receiving return approval, to send off the item you wish to return.

Warning – items that are damaged, soiled or which have been used cannot be returned. In case of non-compliant returns, we will not accept the returned items.

Exceptions to Returns

Customized products, accessories like light bulbs, and large orders (three or more of the same product) cannot be returned, canceled, or exchanged. If you're ordering multiple quantities, we suggest purchasing one first to confirm it meets your needs.

Refunds

For eligible items, refunds will be processed within 3 days. The refund arrival time varies based on the payment method, taking 1-7 days to reflect in your original payment account. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Address

We will provide the nearest return shipping address based on your location once your return request is confirmed. Contact us before returning an item to obtain the return address and instructions. Please notify us in advance before returning any items.

Q&A

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your product arrives with broken glass or dented shades or frames, it's not considered defective, and you can't return it. We'll replace the glass or shades at no extra cost. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, it will be treated as a regular return with a restocking fee of up to 35%. We may also deduct outbound shipping fees from your refund.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong item, check your order details first. Notify us within a week of receiving the item. We'll send the correct product within 8 weeks, covering all shipping costs. If you opt for a refund instead, it will be treated as a normal return with a potential 35% charge for storage, order preparation, and shipping.

Can I refuse delivery of a shipped item?

Once shipped, we can't stop the delivery. If you refuse it, you may be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for storage, order preparation, and shipping. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

What if returned items are damaged?

Wrap the product properly when returning it. If the item is damaged upon return, we can't issue a refund. You should file a claim with the shipping company and inform us within 30 days of the damage.

What about manufacturer defects?

We reserve the right to repair or replace any damaged part or fixture due to manufacturer defects at no extra cost.

Warranty Policy

Coverage: Most light fixtures are protected by a 2-year warranty starting from the delivery date.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage from accidents, misuse, or extended use.
  2. Natural wear and tear.
  3. Products not bought directly from our website.

Delivery Date: The delivery date is determined by our logistics information.

Rechargeable LED Table Lamps: Covered by a 3-month warranty from the delivery date. A new lamp will be provided at no cost, but you are responsible for the shipping fee.

LED Lamp Light Sources: Covered by a 6-month warranty. We will replace the light source for free, but the shipping fee for the replacement is your responsibility.

Other Accessories (e.g., lampshades, ceiling plates): Covered by a 2-year warranty. We will provide a new accessory if needed, with the shipping fee for the replacement borne by you.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Yes, for non-quality-related returns (e.g., wrong colors, dimensions, personal reasons), you're responsible for the return shipping. For damaged or defective items, see the respective sections in the Q&A.

Restocking Fee

If the return period has lapsed or if the reason for requesting a return within the return period falls under any of the following scenarios, a restocking fee will be applied:

1. Change of heart or buyer's remorse.

2. The same product is found elsewhere at a lower price.

3. Items purchased in error or are no longer needed.

The restocking fee can range up to 100% of the item's price, depending on the timing of the return and the condition of the item being returned. Below are the restocking fees for various return scenarios:

1. If the buyer decides to return the product due to a change of mind within the return period and the product is returned in its original condition, a restocking fee of 20% of the product price will be charged.

2. If the buyer returns the product within the return window but it is damaged or different from the original condition, a restocking fee of up to 50% of the product price may be applied.

3. For items returned in their original condition after the return period has elapsed, a restocking fee of up to 80% of the product price will be charged.

4. If items are discovered to be damaged or non-conforming after the return period has expired, a restocking fee of up to 100% of the product price will be applied.
